Wordle

I am not afraid to admit that I am a puzzle nerd. I have been doing the New York Times crossword puzzle for longer than I can remember. It used to be my silent pleasure as I commuted home every night from New York City. I do the Spelling Bee every morning, which sometimes stretches what one would consider useful vocabulary. Now, there is Wordle, which is the new sensation. You get six chances to guess a five letter word with no hints. Here is a Wordle…with hints.

1. Who thinks Putin is savvy and brilliant?

2. Who provided comfort to Putin at Helsinki?

3. Who was impeached for extorting the Ukrainians?

4. Who thinks sending “peacekeeping” troops to the Southern border is a good idea?

5. Who fomented an insurrection at the nation’s Capital.

6. Who continues to promote the Big Lie?

7. Who took classified documents from the Oval Office?

8. Who is being sued by the state of Georgia, and the southern district of New York?

9. Who is being investigated by the January 6th Commission and the Justice Department?

10. Who tried to undermine NATO?

11. Who lied about having business interests in Russia?

12. Who’s political campaign had hundreds of contacts with the Russians?

13. Who’s son sought dirt on Hillary Clinton from Russian operatives?

14. Who asked Russia to produce Clinton’s e- mails?

15. Who said when asked if Putin was a killer, “We are killers too.?”

16. Who will be found guilty of laundering Russian money?

This Wordle is pretty easy. The answer is…

T-R-U-M-P

Good luck in solving future puzzles.
